Sorry that it's not very colourful lol. Im boring like that sometimes!
So yeah, I know its alot of writing, but I wanted to add plenty of noted on how to make the character unique, so that they really look like who they are supposed to be (if that makes sense?)
Just to let you know that I acctually draw onto paper first, then scan it and lineart/colour it in photoshop! I find it easier that way!
I also start with a circle, just so I know where the head will be, but I didn't add one as it was really getting in the way!
Any further questions please let me know, and if anything is unclear then please tell me and I will try to explain it better!

As of The Lion Guard, Tiifu and Zuri also have a bit of hair on their heads. The females' eye lines also have a prominent eyelash on each eye.
